Terms of service

These terms govern purchases through Vadema Lures. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights.

2. Products and pre-contractual information

Product pages describe the available essential characteristics. Photographs and colours may vary slightly because of the screen used or the handcrafted nature of finishes, without affecting conformity with the contractual description.

Before confirming a purchase, the customer can review products, quantities, price, taxes, shipping costs, payment method and delivery details, and correct any errors.

3. Price and payment

Prices are displayed in euros and include applicable indirect taxes, unless purchase process indicates otherwise for a particular destination. Shipping costs and any other charges are clearly shown before payment.

Payment is made using the methods enabled at purchase process. A purchase is subject to payment-method authorisation and product availability.

4. Formation of the contract

The order confirmation email confirms receipt of the order request. The contract is formed when Vadema Lures accepts the order and confirms its processing or dispatch. If a stock issue or manifest error prevents us from fulfilling the order as requested, we will tell you without delay and offer a lawful solution. We will not change the price or replace the product without your consent; where the order must be cancelled, we will refund amounts paid without undue delay. This clause does not allow arbitrary refusals or limit your legal rights.

5. Delivery

Destination, cost, timing and delivery-issue conditions are detailed in the Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Withdrawal, returns and guarantee

The conditions applying to withdrawal, voluntary returns, transport damage and lack of conformity are set out in the Refund Policy. In particular, a change of mind may mean that the customer bears the direct return cost; defects and lack of conformity are handled at no cost to the customer as required by law.

7. Website use and intellectual property

The customer undertakes to provide accurate information and not to use the website unlawfully. Vadema Lures content, designs and signs are protected by applicable law and may not be used beyond authorised uses without prior consent.

8. Liability

Vadema Lures is liable to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits statutory consumer rights.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Where the customer is a consumer, any dispute will be submitted to the courts determined by mandatory consumer-protection rules.
